Our custom conveyor carts are a great solution for transporting pallets and heavy boxes without the use of an order picker. The 1.9" rollers allow the user to slide heavy items on and off the deck when in the unlocked position. The locking mechanism secures the rollers in place when engaged to avoid unstable items during transport.
This featured custom cart also includes a portable rechargeable battery tucked into its own compartment to supply constant power to the built-in printer and any other electronics that will be used on the cart. With a safety bell, strategically placed label roll holders, ergonomically positioned scanner holders, and a convenient top deck, this aluminum ladder cart is a workhorse and ultimately decreases time spent walking around the warehouse.
